The Great Plains Conference of the United Methodist Church has over 130 cross-racial, cross-cultural (CRCC) clergy serving in diverse ministry settings. This reflects the conference’s commitment to racial justice, inclusivity, and building multicultural faith communities. These clergy navigate cultural differences while fostering unity, strengthening congregations, and breaking down racial barriers through intentional leadership and relationship-building.
