What's Next?

As many congregations seek to discern the most faithful next step to which God is calling them, the Congregational Excellence team has developed a tool we believe will be helpful. "What's Next?" is a guide to help congregations determine potential steps they can take to be a church that serves future generations. The five-session guide is designed to be led by a pastor and lay leader working with each other to help the congregation learn more about themselves, the community around them, and the potential that exists for their ministry. Download the guide. If you have questions about the guide, or how it might be used with your congregation, please contact Rev. Nicole Conard, interim director of congregational excellence and connectional ministries at [email protected].
