West Heights UMC is looking for a creative, caring, and energetic Youth Director to walk alongside middle and high school students as they explore faith, ask big questions, and build lasting community. What You’ll Do: Plan and lead weekly youth group gatherings (and make them awesome) Plan service and mission projects Support students in their real lives: school, sports, struggles and all An Ideal Candidate Is: Christian, inclusive, justice-oriented, and welcoming of all A good communicator, creative thinker, and community builder Experience in either ministry, education, social work or community building Part-Time (Approximately 15 hours/week, including evenings and weekends) Up to $25 per hour Contact Rev.
