The Great Plains Conference invited congregations and speakers to join together in honoring children who endured U.S. Indian Boarding Schools from the early 1800s to the early 1980s. This event, hosted by Bishop David Wilson (Choctaw & Cherokee) was conducted at Central United Methodist Church in Lawrence, Kansas, on Saturday, Sept. 30, 2023.
