Nicholas "Nick" Marsh, 75; Great Plains Conference clergy. Born Aug. 4, 1949; died Nov. 23, 2024.
After careers in technical research and development with BNSF and design with Allis-Chalmers, as well as engineering firms in Washington, D.C., Marsh became active in lay ministry and pastoral services at Topeka Susanna Wesley UMC, including serving as lay leader from 2018-2021.
As a part-time local pastor, he served Ozawkie and Winchester-Nortonville-Cummings from 2010-2017. He was serving Horton-Powhattan-Netawaka-Whiting from 2021 until the time of his death.
Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Karen; children, Nicholas Marsh II, Kaitlin Marsh-Blake, and Olivia Marsh-Rodriguez; and two grandchildren.
A celebration of life will be at 10 aq.m. Saturday, Dec. 7, at Topeka Susanna Wesley UMC.
