Marian Snook, 91; widow of a Great Plains Conference pastor. Born Aug. 20, 1934; died Oct. 1, 2025.
Her husband, John Snook, served as a fulltime pastor at Ellsworth UMC from 1991 until his retirement in 2001, after serving as president of Bartlesville Wesleyan College in Oklahoma. He died Sept. 21, 2015.
Survivors include her children, Carmen Hall (Percy), Carleen Wade (Brad), Cherie Vanderploeg (Jim) and John II (Brenda) as well as numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
