Julie Ryherd, 75; spouse of retired Great Plains Conference clergy. Born Feb. 8, 1950; died July 21, 2025.
She married Clifford "Kip" Ryherd on July 27, 1973. He served as pastor at Wichita Cedar Chapel, Satanta, Rose Hill and at Minneola UMC for 21 years, retiring in 2016, serving for a year beyond his retirement at Milton UMC.
He survives, as well as children, Amy Nightengale (Randy), Jerrod (Missi) and Jeremy (Rachel); and seven grandchildren.
Funeral services will be at 10 a.m. Friday, July 25, at Asbury Methodist, Wichita. Suggested memorial contributions are to Youth for Christ and Good Shepherd Hospice (Wichita).
