Elin Colglazier, 88; retired Great Plains Conference pastor. Born Sept. 8, 1936; died Dec. 27, 2024.
A former extension home economist, Colglazier received her Masters of Theology from Iliff School of Theology in 1991 and was ordained as an elder in 1983. She served churches in Jennings-Dresden and Quinter-Grinnell before her retirement in 2005. She continued to serve as the chair of the rural issues task force for the former Kansas West Conference.
She married Ron Colglazier on May 11, 1960. The couple had two sons John and Robert.
Funeral services will be at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, May 17, at Oakley UMC.
